1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ASTROC2M website, using any official ASTROC2M domain or subdomain, connecting a digital wallet, or interacting with any ASTROC2M platform feature, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Nature of the Ecosystem

ASTROC2M is a gamified Web3 ecosystem operating on the Polygon network. It is designed to support onboarding, education, interaction, and participation through digital access layers, platform experiences, internal utility, and evolving ecosystem features.

• ASTROC2M NFT: A digital access asset that may unlock ecosystem features, participation paths, interactive experiences, and other platform layers as the ecosystem evolves.
• Internal Utility: ASTROC2M may include internal platform resources, access logic, and participation mechanics used to support onboarding, progression, interaction, and ecosystem functionality.
• Educational and Interactive Purpose: ASTROC2M is structured around access, discovery, education, and platform participation rather than financial return.

3. No Financial Promise

ASTROC2M does not provide or promise dividends, profit, yield, price appreciation, guaranteed liquidity, financial return, or investment performance. Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to acquire digital assets for speculative purposes.

4. Participation Resources and Internal Credits

ASTROC2M may provide internal participation resources, onboarding credits, or functional platform utilities within the ecosystem. These elements exist solely to support access, onboarding, educational progression, interaction, gameplay, and ecosystem participation.

Such internal resources do not constitute dividends, interest, profit-sharing, yield, passive income, or any promise of economic benefit.

For clarity, eligible ASTROC2M NFT acquisitions may currently include 100 ASTROC2M units as initial ecosystem utility, and ASTROC2M may also include a gifting mechanic tied to access to a bonus NFT collection subject to a structured 180-day lock period. These elements are ecosystem participation mechanics only and do not create any financial entitlement, guaranteed benefit, or speculative promise.

5. Ecosystem Integration Condition

ASTROC2M may evaluate certain external integrations only after relevant internal milestones related to adoption, operational stability, technical readiness, and ecosystem sustainability are reached.

One internal reference milestone currently used by the project is the distribution of 80% of the initial NFT collection. However, reaching or not reaching that milestone does not create any guarantee, promise, expectation, or entitlement related to:

• external trading availability,
• liquidity access,
• market listing,
• price behavior,
• valuation, or
• access to third-party marketplaces or external platforms.

Any decision regarding broader ecosystem integrations will be made solely on the basis of user safety, technical maturity, sustainability, and operational considerations. ASTROC2M may keep certain features strictly internal for as long as necessary.

6. User Responsibility and Risk Assumption

By using ASTROC2M, you acknowledge that blockchain-based environments involve technical, operational, and digital asset risks. You accept full responsibility for your own actions and understand that:

• Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for protecting your wallet, seed phrase, private keys, and transactions.
• Transaction Finality: Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.
• Third-Party Risk: ASTROC2M is not responsible for failures, vulnerabilities, downtime, or changes involving third-party wallets, networks, marketplaces, infrastructure providers, or external services.
• Technical Risk: Bugs, interface issues, service interruptions, network congestion, browser conflicts, or unexpected failures may occur.

7. Official Domains and Verification

Users are responsible for verifying that they are interacting only with official ASTROC2M domains and officially designated operational subdomains. ASTROC2M will never ask for your private key or seed phrase.

Users should verify URLs carefully and use appropriate wallet hygiene, including the use of a separate wallet for routine Web3 interactions whenever possible.

8. Intellectual Property

• Your Rights: You own the specific digital asset you acquire, subject to applicable blockchain and platform constraints.
• Our Rights: ASTROC2M retains ownership of its brand identity, platform design, game logic, source materials, interface systems, documentation structure, visual systems, and ecosystem architecture, except where expressly stated otherwise.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, or harmful conduct;
• attempt to exploit smart contracts, platform logic, interfaces, or infrastructure;
• misrepresent ASTROC2M, impersonate official representatives, or create misleading copies of official domains or materials;
• use automation, scripts, or abusive behavior to manipulate platform features in ways not permitted by the ecosystem.

10. No Warranty

ASTROC2M is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASTROC2M disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of availability, uninterrupted service, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ASTROC2M and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, your inability to use the platform, third-party actions, digital asset loss, or blockchain-related issues.

12. Changes to the Platform and Terms

ASTROC2M may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue platform features, interfaces, documentation, access flows, or these Terms of Use at any time, subject to applicable law. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
